The Brecon Canal is by far the prettiest we have travelled on. Stunning views that change at every corner. If you can book it outside of peak times it is even more peaceful. Mikey was really friendly and even gave our excited dog a few treats before we headed off for the day. A super relaxing day that puts you back in touch with nature.

Second trip on the Dragonfly as we liked it so much . A peaceful journey on the Monmouthshire / Brecon canal with great scenery. Under bridges through a lock and across an aqueduct wow . Very friendly staff with great knowledge of everything canal . A great experience for the whole family. Great value for money . Recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful afternoon aboard the Dragonfly and they couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Throughly relaxing, whilst enjoying the beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to bring friends here.

We had a such a lovely time on our cruise. We went as a group of 4 adults 4 children (2,4,6,10). It’s about and hour up the river and then there’s an opportunity to get off for a leg stretch and then and hour back. Refreshments available on board and we took our own packed lunch. The hosts were all so lovely and brilliant with our children. They had reserved us an area at the end of the boat which meant our group could all sit together and the children could roam a bit. The scenery is really beautiful and it was very good value for money. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

This is the 2nd time we've hired from here and it was just as much fun this time. Great scenery, easy to steer boats, really enjoyable way to spend a few hours. The staff are friendly and welcoming, thoroughly recommend.

Lovely time on canal. A good price for the time you were onboard and the information you were given. Staff were very friendly and helpful,even took a photo of our dog who was enjoying his first boat trip.

Tried ringing several times to book the noon public trip but just went to voicemail, so left message. Got there about 11.55 (traffic delays) and the boat was already leaving. No call back or text message just a wasted journey.

Something very different to do... canal boat trip. Definitely recommended for the experience if anything. 2.5 hours in total exploring the canal whilst relaxing and to have snacks on which are available to purchase onboard. There is a small toilet in there aswell, suitable for wheelchairs, babies and children to.

The staff - Tim & Ellie were fantastic. Both bubbly and happy people who made the trip even better by being helpful & upbeat at all times.
