Would avoid this company at all costs. I will preface this with I did get a full refund but unfortunately they cancelled my seats at 9:30 the night before the Taylor Swift concert cited unfortunate circumstances I however believe that they overbooked as they started with three times lots for bus on Friday & then couple weeks ago said that there was only one time available so I think it’s very suspicious and I believe they overbooked and then kicked me and my friend after overbooking despicable practice either way. it was the most stressful thing I’ve experienced this is a once in lifetime event never use the company again.
