This place saved me from being stranded and I can't thank the driver that turned up enough, I am a disabled person and my electric wheelchair decided to power off and not come back on so after police got involved to push me out of its gearing into a travel lodge where I waited for my ride home, this guy literally made my day and we had a lovely chat on the way back to my flat where he had to help me get inside my flat and collect my walking frame.
There are nice people in this world who go above and beyond and the driver that helped me out should be given a raise.
Thank you so much downton travel I hope this message shows other people just how committed you are in getting people to their destination.

Pre-booked a taxi to the train station, it didn't turn up and when calling the number says its unavailable.... unreliable won't use again

Be warned do not use this service I booked a taxi from them for an 11:30 pm pick up & I was still standing waiting at 12:45 before giving up , they are an absolute joke & after speaking to others apparently they are renown for it
