Not particularly impressed with a recent trip to Rome. I feel Sharon could have provided better advice. Hotel was in the red light district, I had to telephone to get the bus tour voucher which was supposed to be included in the ticket. The price was relatively reasonable, but due to hotel location and slightly misleading advice about getting there from the airport, I feel somewhat disappointed. To be fair to Downe Travel, I have had good experiences previously and better advice from a different agent at the same agency about getting to the hotel from the airport.

Went today to get information on a cruise. We only started talking to a young travel agent explaining what we there for, when another mature agent rudely interrupted us. Then, they proceed multiple times to interrupt quite loudly throughout our whole interaction with young travel agent. Very unprofessional and rude! Will not be back or booking with them. Very disappointed as they were highly recommended to us.

Had our Honeymoon in Las Vegas. Was promised we're going to get upgraded for everything because they would be told before our arrival. Paid a fortune but hotels and airlines were not told anything. Terrible service. Too expensive. Not good to still be in business. Stay clear
