We had a lovely experience at the hotel. We received an upgraded room which was beautiful. The special touches with chocolates and small chocolate house and decorations were very much appreciated. The room was beautiful and high floor meant there was no noise. Check in staff very friendly and concierge helpful. Manager was helpful when I needed to contact them and I would recommend this hotel for area, convenience to theatres and short walk to Oxford street. Holborn tube is a few minutes away. Bars, restaurants and shops all close by.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Like the Hotel ambience. Very convenient location, British museum is just 3 minutes walk. Nice room and in-room facilities. Manager Geetha is a star and deserves appreciation. Warm and professional lady. |Like the breakfast options and service. Highly recommend for tourists.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the DoubleTree West End (Hilton) from August 26th to 28th, 2025. From the very first email before our booking to the warm welcome at check-in, everything was handled with care and professionalism.||||Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and plentiful, the perfect start to a busy day exploring London. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic: within walking distance of so many highlights, and just a short walk from the famous St Pancras station, which is especially convenient if you’re arriving with the Eurostar.||||A special thank you goes to Lakshani for arranging and following up on everything so perfectly. And of course, our gratitude also to the entire DoubleTree team — everyone we met was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.||||All in all, a very positive experience and one we would be happy to recommend to anyone visiting London!

The hotel was very clean, close to a lot of shopping and sightseeing. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly. And Anju the supervisor was fabulous. So kind and helpful. She really wanted to make sure we were happy with our accommodation. Would definitely stay again

Just want share my experience, I have checked in the hotel late, they booked me a room in basement floor … open the window it’s a wall. Room door lock wasn’t unlocked right away front desk had to come help open the door , A/C was noisy as hell and I had to turn it off to sleep . Breakfast was good to be honest decent variety and food services and restaurant was clean. The greeting wasn’t great either, not suitable with Hilton behavior .

We had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel, as part of a London treat for my son’s 12th birthday. The room was extremely comfortable, clearly recently refrurbished and spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. However it was the extra little touches that made the stay so special. Cake, chocolates and balloons in the room as a surprise for my son’s 12th birthday, all organised by Riddhi, who was fantastic, and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back

A welcoming atmosphere and quick check-in process which was refreshing; the cookie was an especially nice touch. Staff were friendly engaging and efficient throughout. The room was clean and well maintained and with a decent size smart TV. Although the room was slightly on the small side, it was perfect for a single business traveller. The only downside was the tub/shower was tiny and the fact the class screen was fixed made it very difficult to get into or out of. Also, the way the shampoos and safety bar were placed on the wall meant the showering space was very cramped. (For ref I'm an average 6' 210lb guy and I couldn't turn around in there). There was also a lot of noise from the floor above with was sounded like furniture scrapings on the floor, but this did seem to stop at night and the hotel can't really be blamed for what other guests do.

The breakfast was of a high standard with lot's of choice and dining room was well laid out and comfortable. The breakfast staff were a little less proficient compared to the FOH, (I had to ask several time for coffee), but this didn't take away from what was a pleasant and relaxing breakfast experience. I especially liked the takeaway coffee option.

Overall a positive experience for a short business trip and certainly better than other hotels of a similar price in the area. I would gladly come back.

What a wonderful hotel! We had read some of the bad reviews but we had none of the experiences they had. All the staff we had contact with were knowledgeable, polite and cheerful. The room was spacious, clean and just what we wanted in a hotel room. The iron in the room didn’t work, but 10 min after calling reception, a member of the hotel team was there with a replacement. When we return to London we would use this hotel again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
