I had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kingston! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed, thanks especially to Gabriela at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to make my check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant, offering a friendly smile and outstanding service that truly set the tone for my stay.|The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options. |The hotel itself is in a fantastic location—convenient and within easy reach of local attractions. Its close to rail and bus stations, lots of restaurants and shopping mall nearby.|Special thanks again to Gabriela—her professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I would absolutely stay here again.||

Attended for a wedding. There is a ramp for wheelchair/buggy access. Unfortunately, the hotel is covered with scaffolding. Parking isn't great. Pay on the street parking or £35 via hotel for the day!
Timings for the wedding was tight with no room for flexibility.
Staff were pleasant enough and professional....at times slow responding to requests.

This hotel has an old look inside, but it is clean and well kept and still passable for such an event.
The food served looked delicious and well presented but on taste....it lacked a little.

Overall, it was a good experience!

Great location to explore Kingston and only a 5minute walk from the train station.
We stayed in a balcony room which had a Lovely walk in shower. The hotel has a modern welcoming feel. Staff lovely and helpful and We Enjoyed our warm cookies from reception. A very comfortable stay.
Another coffee machine at breakfast would be good as we did have to spend time queuing for the machine and then waiting for it to ‘warm up’.

Hotel only inform about renovation after booking was confirmed. Other than good location, the rest was rather disappointing. No signage outside the hotel, had to search for entrance for first timers. Room was small, no view whatsoever due to renovation. No bottled water was provided in room and had to go to front desk to enquire. No bedroom slippers provided as well. Paid about £675, definitely not worth it for the experience.
*update* front desk staff was very helpful to change the room to a quieter wing minus the construction.

Lovely girls at the reception. Room: simple but clean,A/C works very quietly. Bed comfy but pillows very thin not supportive. Bring your own. Room is very quiet at night only you can hear noise when early morning your neighbour using shower, but not too cloud, only if you are like me, a sensitive sleeper. Excellent location, only parking is such a pain. Nearby 24h Bentall car park not allowed overnight parking apparently. Downside for now: The hotel is dong facade decoration, which they had to start drilling and banging at 8:20am. So sleep early! I dont understand why can’t they start later.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help – creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to central London and convenient local amenities. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable – ideal for both work and rest.

A special shoutout to Gabrielu, who went above and beyond to accommodate my room request despite the hotel being at high occupancy. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciated her efforts to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

DoubleTree Kingston continues to be my preferred choice, and I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Beautiful hotel, but the air conditioning did not work. We would have to wake up in the middle of the night to ask them to reset our thermostat. This happened 10 of the 11 nights we stayed. They also had heavy construction that they failed to disclose when we booked. As diamond members, we were quite disappointed.

Great Stay last weekend as we were there for Premiership Rugby Final and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. ||Room.601 was great and food served at breakfast was brilliant as always.||Have used this hotel in the past for rugby match stays and would recommend to all.||Only negative aspect is that we are still awaiting our final invoice which we were promised would be sent to Barbara's email!||This was on Monday 16th June when we left!
