The rooms are clean, bed is good, bathroom is fine. Decent parking space. Helpful staff with my personal experience.

Overall we had good time but the car parking system depressed me after 2 months. This was due to SMART PARKING who takes parking charge but doesn’t update their system even after hotel informs them to correct one letter mistake.

Please make sure to get the details about car parking and the charges being paid while checking in. The staff at reception are helpful but sometimes a small human error may put you in a big trouble.

Reception should make sure to check with customer about correct license plate if parked and confirming it to avoid unnecessary parking charges from Smart Parking. Smart Parking does not cooperate well with hotel and take longer to resolve any minor mistake.

Manager and other staff including reception dealing with parking needs to update their system to resolve the error as soon as a customer raises any such issue.

Right in the heart of the airfield, betwixt T2 and T3. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. There’s a bar on the roof with great panoramic views of the runways and aprons. And a 5 minute walk to check-in||||This is a short review because my stay was short - arrived 9:00pm, left 4:45am. No time for much other than a couple of beers and a short sleep. But I got what I paid for and would stay again.

A quick overnight stop here, room was fine, TV was smallish but worked well. I had a bath in my room, which I always like. The room was clean, coffee and tea provided in the room too. Plenty of food options if you don't eat here, the nearby Portuguese restaurant is recommended. Good sleep quality, and comfortable bed and especially pillows. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit too. cookies on arrival and staff were good. Nice brief stay.

Service is great. The staff wonderful. We had dinner at the restaurant on-site. Their fish and chips was great! It wasn't greasy. Had the beer battered fillet. Fish was nicely fried and tasted great. No fishy taste or smell to it. The ribeye was grilled to a perfect med-rare. It wasn't the cheapest meal, but worth it since it was pouring out to walk to the nearest restaurant. Wasn't much around there anyway.

The room was enough for our 1 night since we were flying out early in the AM. Standard King room with your espresso machine. No fridge though.

Breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of different items to eat. Area is well kept.

I stayed here for two nights. It’s a few years since I last stayed here. I am a Lifetime Diamond so got a free drink voucher on arrival and free cooked breakfast. I really value these.||I was also upgraded to a larger room which was lovely with a coffee table and two large chairs. ||One big problem for me with this hotel is that all the bedroom doors bang. The door closers seem to have stopped working, despite the doors having them. The result is that from 7am I was awakened by doors slamming. Once the cleaners start working this is extra noisy since they just let the bedroom doors slam behind them rather than closing quietly. I really do think the management need to replace all the door closers.||Other than this, a great hotel.

Stayed overnight and i had a great time. Room was clean and tidy. With free coffee and tea. Soft bed at pillows i slept well. The bathroom is neat and they have a tub. Food was great,lots of choices. The staff was very approachable and kind to us specially mam almas and sahana in the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay just for the night. The bed was comfortable, rooms clean. Good job housekeeping. Reception staff was very friendly and professional. Manaza on the host welcomed us with smile. Overall a good experience and will be back soon
