I've been here twice this month, it's my favourite hotel in London because of the location (I find the sounds of the river outside relaxing), the convenient ferry to Canary Wharf (much nicer than being on a cramped Tube) and most importantly the brilliant team that work there.||As a Hilton lifetime diamond I've always received a nice welcome and the drinks voucher also includes a 'small plate' from the menu which is a nice touch. There's always an upgrade here, depending on how busy the hotel is it can be just a single category upgrade up to a large suite. If you don't have diamond status at Hilton it's worth paying a small amount extra for an upgraded room as it makes the stay a lot more relaxing.||Breakfast has always been great here with a large selection both on the buffet and certain things are available cooked to order. One thing I noticed on my last two visits was that what I consider British style bacon (back bacon) was not available, hopefully they had just run out at the time I was there. There was streaky bacon but in previous visits both were offered. My latest visit I noticed what appeared to be Indian breakfast items too which was a nice change. I don't think this is always there but it was nice to try. ||It feels good to be appreciated and quite a few people particularly at the breakfast remember me. On my last stay, Vasimin, who is usually one of the breakfast supervisors, came over to the bar to say hello when he spotted me. He had been working evenings in the restaurant this time and had just finished. He then went behind the bar to get the drinks I was going to order, I was next to be served at the bar but it was a nice touch that he did this.||The hotel has lots of history with the main building being a converted warehouse. This adds more charm to the place but it won't be to everyone's taste.

Lovely location - quiet and free ferry pass across to Canary Wharf which is great. Hotel is clean and well presents with a lovely modern bar that has steps down to the Thames. Very nice.||Staff are mostly very polite - especially Alexandre who had to deal with me whinging about broken air conditioning. To be fair, I did wake up feeling like a rotisserie chicken. The room was 28 degrees - thank goodness for the balcony. Nearly ended up sleeping out there!||Credit where it’s due though, hotel gave me a massive refund and were very apologetic.||||Well done to the front of house team but air conditioning must be fixed for a comfy night’s sleep!

Excellent hotel for families. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very polite. The ferry boat is great, every few minutes. You can then take a very short walk to Canary Wharf Tube station and you will be in central London in no time, the kids loved it. Would definitely come back, amazing views and fantastic value for money.

We booked a queen deluxe room with historical touches via Trivago. The description said we would have a coffee maker and we didn’t. The room would either have a city view or river view but these were partial at best and to the side.||These issues were exacerbated by something I have not come across at a hotel claiming to be 4 star before. There was audible machine noise in our room. After trying to sleep through that and river noises (windows were very poorly insulated with single ply wood above that).||We were moved to what seemed a quieter room although you could hear the machinery. The next noise was a constant dripping from the down pipe that was dropping against the building.||Exasperated we complained only to be told we had accepted the room change. We then decided to leave and drive home. They would not refund the the room charge but didn’t charge us for parking which was something I suppose.||We also discovered that the hotel is being sold but will still be managed by Hilton. What is obvious is that the maintenance of the building is being done as minimally as possible given the sale of the building.||To offer a third room at the point the guests are leaving seemed daft and counterproductive. The manager and staff were polite but could not resolve the refund which was astounding. I got a receipt showing they took the money so they lied. I will be using all avenues to get my money back and the same for inconvenience.

When we went there earlier started great. Customer service was amazing. Guy gave us our room number but not the key because it was not ready but when we went in for this booking time the guy change our room number and give us the wrong room was not clean at all so we went to ask can we change our rooms? They said yes but we need to wait till tomorrow that fine and then we finally had our room the one we book fist overall it was great location. and that the value of the money is not worth the price what we booked for as well.

Had a fantastic weekend. All the staff made my Daughter and i very welcome and very helpful. The breakfast and evening meal was very nice. The rooms are lovely we used the free ferry alot. We had a issue the we could not leave the hotel on sunday due to the marathon. So we had to say another night we ask if I could change to another room just for one night overlooking over River Thames which they did, I would go back again love it, very nice place and most of all we felt safe there.

A tad too expensive for the room which was king with river view and balcony.
£288 for the night.
Aside from that, excellent service and a fantastic breakfast with everything you can think of. Free ferry to and from Canary Wharf is a bonus. Runs every 10/15 minutes up to 11.40pm. Do visit The Blacksmith’s Arms a couple of minutes down the road which is reasonably priced and beautiful.

All in all, would return if inflation doesn’t push the price higher. 🙁

We checked in for 4 nights for our anniversary, and the staff couldn't have done more for us.
We arrived to a lovely warm cookie, and very helpful staff. They had given us a complimentary upgrade, as well as beautiful swan towels on the bed!
The view from our balcony was breath taking, and we could see the whole London skyline in the evening, it was so peaceful. They have an uber boat for hotel residents that takes you across the river for free (although the timetable is off) Drinks were reasonably priced for London, and we would go back 100 percent.
