I had to call multiple times to get through. Taxi that was sent came within a couple of minutes and then cancelled. I had to call again to arrange another one. Very problematic. Best avoid.

Extremely rude girls working on the phones. No customer service skills at all and heckling behaviour in the background from other girls listening in to the conversation/ enquiry.
Must’ve been dragged up rather than raised with manners like that.

Stayed over at Tankersley Premier Inn last night and used Phoenix Taxis too and from a party. Excellent prices, polite and friendly drivers and fantastic time keeping. I wish all taxis were as efficient and professional.

I get that your drivers work for themselves and everything, but I don't like having drivers play pass the bloody parcel with my job especially when they are at the end of the road I'm waiting at l... then to phone up and have a vert sarcastic lady on the phone say and I quote her here " well they are self employed and work for city" its a funking joke of a company and so is that new veezuu

I have used Phoenix taxis on many occasions and always get a nice clean car and friendly driver.. my taxi arrives promptly and always gets me to my destination safely. The staff in the call centre are very pleasant too.

Have been using this firm and there services for last 15 years and all I can say its improved every time I’ve used them, I would definitely recommend for local and distance as there fleet and drivers are second to non and very reasonably priced with an A class service.

Just used Phoenix for my niece to get to work on a early morning shift what a nice man he was chatty and polite and as she works in town centre it was so early offered to wait until someone arrived to open the shop it's nice to know he was keeping her safe thank you top stars A BIG THANK YOU

Used phoenix taxis to try them out and what a fab service received, polite ,courteous and bang on time each taxi I have used .Will defo be using all the time now and passing number onto family &friends. Who ever owns this firm well done !! 👏
