Management gentleman-contacted me to FU on my complaint. He was amazing and helpful! Felt listened to, empathised and was very reassuring. Other than this one self employed driver last night causing distress, Donny Cabs have been brillliant! I want to thank you because I felt that intimidated last night, I’m not sure was ever going to use a taxi again. Restored some faith! Thank you!
1/6/25- Disgusting judgemental racist taxi driver! Expressed he didn’t like that my friend was ‘drunk’… she hadn’t even got into the car! Threw us about, nearly collided on St George roundabout because he thought he’s speed and undercut on the roundabout. That manic, my friend fell while being thrown around a bend and jarred her neck. I had to get out early I was that worried, I asked him to stop driving dangerously but he said he wasn’t, we were just drunk! Cannot feel or be safe!!!
Young man in the office was really lovely while we all booked out taxis and when I called to complain. I’m going to pursue this because it could have been any young girl!!

Fabulous company. From booking, to being collected, and dropped off.
Everyone is so friendly, the cars are always clean, and the fares are very reasonable.
There have been weeks where ive only used them once, other weeks multiple times, and they've never let me down 👌

What a surprise a taxi firm NOT in business to rob your eyes out ..22.02.25 WAS quoted by 2 lovely ladies in reception my fare to scawthorpe would be £8.70...we was picked up within 5 mins by a lovely driver ( Hungarian) friendly pleasant and happy to chat.....we dropped our friends off first on way then onto ours in scawthorpe....£7.00......a nice ending to a great day out round Doncaster....thank you Donny cabs 👍👍👍👍 p.s another cab company charged 10.80 without the detour to drop our friends off a few weeks earlier..."what a difference"....customer service is obviously Donny cabs priority..NOT take advantage of people......keep up the good service D.C.🫶🫶🫶.EXCELLENT.

Booked a cab on Friday for a 9am pickup on Saturday. Got to 9.02, no cab. Phoned them. Polite lady said very busy. Will be 10 mins. I said that’s why I booked in advance.
Now 9.20 and still waiting!!!

I think this is going to be my new favourite cab company in Doncaster. After the whole town was gridlocked due to an accident today, I approached this company for help to get me to work. They were very friendly and honest, explaining that I would have to wait at least half an hour because of the developing traffic jams on all major routes. In fact, I only waited 20 mins. Sonny, the driver, was amazing. Very friendly and professional and got me to my destination on time, owing to his local knowledge of alternative routes. Thank you so much 🙂
