Great place to moor right in the town centre and close to bus and railway stations and French gate shopping centre. Secure gated moorings with access only via a waterways key. You can stay up to 72 hours. We always moor here on our way out or back from a longer trip.

Ideal place to tie up for all the facilities. It can be noisy from traffic on the bridge but it's safe and has a rubbish point with recycling and is within an easy walk of the market and all the shops, bars and restaurants a boater could need

It's not really a marina as such - no slipway, pumpout or elsan. It's a wharf with just a pontoon (safe place - gated accessed by BWB key) to moor for 72 hours and fill up with water.
Very good local access to town center and market and friendly resedential locals.
