Do not go with discover scotland.. I'm a single mother with 5 children 3 are disabled I raised issues with accommodation at mid lodge penninghame and was threatened to leave early if lm not satisfied or i can deal with it.. I'm 6 hour drive away.. and my mum had to fly up with 2 children to help me as no car space. It's 50 quid per person to rebook flights how shameful you would do this never again

Once again a fabulous easy process from booking to staying at the property.
Whilst we were in the area we called into the office in Castle Douglas, to make a booking for next year. The two staff in the office were so nice to talk too, and quickly made the booking for us. It was lovely to actually see staff rather than just do online bookings.
If anyone is any doubt about this company, we have previously booked with them about 14 times! We wouldn’t do that if they were no good.

What a lovely friendly, efficient company. Very welcoming, always helpful, nothing is to much trouble, very quick at responding and also following things up. Highly recommended 20/10. Look forward in working with them in the future.
