I came down from Scotland to visit my friend John who resides in Shildon. We arranged three taxis during the day to take us from Shildon to The Top House in Coundon, then from Top House to Spennymoor Football Ground and then from the football back to Shildon. Dial a Cab kindly let us book all of the taxis in advance. The service provided from the lady who took the call and the two taxi drivers was exceptional. They clearly put the customer at the heart of everything they do. They cared for John as though he is one of their family. I cannot praise Dial a Cab Shildon highly enough. Thanks for contributing to a perfect day from John and myself.

I've no complaints at all about Dial-A-Cab. The driver was very friendly, turned up on time, and gave me clear instruction where he would be (there's no road past Shildon train station) and the fare was very well priced, well worthy of a tip, and I took his card. One satisfied customer.

Such a great service!!!

Recently had a trip away to Durham, used Dial A Cab the whole weekend and our driver just made it the best... our very own tour guide! So knowledgeable, super friendly, punctual, professional and helped me with my tonne of shopping bags! Would recommend to all!!

More of a chauffeur service than a taxi. Picked up late at night after a long day at a funeral. The driver assisted my elderly mother in law in and out of the minibus, providing a step and offering his arm in support. A service very much appreciated. Thank you.

I use dial a cab taxis quite a lot and the drivers are very punctual and well dressed also the cars are very clean and tidy always get you to your destination safely I use the 16 seater mini buses for football matches they always punctual reliable and good prices so my experience from dial a cab taxis is that they give 110% service would recommend

With a stag of 13 lads, we deffinatly pushed the drivers patience. But not only did he get us to the airport in plenty of time, he gave us water and toilet breaks at roadside for the weaker of the stags on the way back.
