Really reliable punctual, efficient & friendly service from both drivers to and fro Birmingham airport. We decided to treat ourselves as it makes a lovely start and end to our holidays instead of parking at the airport. We booked ahead for peace of mind and conveniently were able to chose to pay in advance. We emailed them for quotes and had an immediate response. We shall use you again for all our holiday flights thank you.

Excellent taxi service. Best in Rugby. Always on time. Very polite and accommodating. I have used other taxi services in Rugby who have lied about their availability when booking then when I would call to ask where the taxi I'd booked was they would repeatedly tell me 5 minutes away every five minutes making me late for work. On the rare occasion dial a cab doesn't have availability they simply say that. I have not strayed from this service since I found it.

Our service yesterday to the Ricoh and back was by far outstanding. A husband and wife team friendly polite punctual. Highly recommend. Thankyou for ensuring our night went without a hitch . Extremely reliable service from Dial a Cab. Very important when I am taking my 94 year old parents out for a treat, especially as my mother is wheelchair bound. Drivers always polite, cheerful and very careful driving. Would be 5 stars if those taking the booking remember to let the driver know that seats need leaving at base to accommodate 2 passengers plus the wheelchair. Not been a problem so far as my wife has been available as back up.

Just added a star to make it 5 stars as subsequent trips have had no problem with number of seats available in addition to the wheelchair.

I have tried most of the taxi services in Rugby but this one is by far the best. Taxi took minutes to arrive, I only just had enough time to put the phone down so excellent. My kids struggled with seat belts and driver helped them but on top of this I'm disabled right now due to an ongoing health condition and I really struggle getting in and out of transport but the driver went the extra mile to help me in and out of car, even offering me more help when he saw I was struggling. It's an ordeal just leaving my house these days so to have such a kind compassionate service around the corner from my house makes things that bit easier. Thank you from my family.

My driver charged 50p for using my card even though I was not told before when I asked if they accept card for payment. Then the driver was rude and the operator said now you know when I called back to complain. Both driver and operator made me feel like I was arguing over 50p but that was not the point!

Got a call yesterday from one of the owners, he was very apologetic and explained how the situation is being handled. He also assured me that it will never happen again and that the operator was only new in the job. He displayed understanding and maintaned professionalism.
