Was a bit hesitant having read some poor reviews, but our trip was great. Easy check in, clean comfortable boats, food was fine and prices reasonable, friendly staff, departed bang on time each way. Arrived in Dieppe at 22:00 and we were driving away by 22:16 - impressive. We did a 5 day trip with senior discount - brilliant value. Will do this route again when going to Normandy.

Somehow ferry Terminals always seem to be rundown with shoddy furniture and outdated sanitation and facilities in transit area are none existent. It’s a shame because we pay a lot of money for the service of getting across the English Channel. At least the ferry itself is in better shape than the terminus on land

Such a easy and straightforward way to visit the continent. Booking and check in easy on numberplate recognition. Two/ three sailings a day. Not a bad price. Food better quality than comparable ferries. Whole trip only four hours.

Excellent service on both out and return despite the boat being full on both trips service was good. A small queue for food and duty free but only to be expected. Bar service amazing and a special mention for the lovely man serving in the bar on the 6 o'clock service 10/8/22 from Dieppe. So professional, non stop for 4 hours perfect service polite efficient with great taste in dance music! The sun set was amazing.

if you can commit to precise sailing times this is the best value crossing in my opinion on the south coast. Although it takes 4 hours it spits you out further down the French coast and given that I was not going to be using the auto routes I was perfectly happy to take a route west of Paris to my destination in the French Alps. Taking a small camper just over 2 m in height I was charged Β£155 for the return trip which I consider to be very good value. Certainly with the Eurotunnel it would have been plus Β£150 on that price. Given that I didn't want to make the Dover Calais crossing I did not do a benchmark comparison but I'm very happy with this crossing. The boat was good and clean enough plenty of spaces to sit 240 volt points out and perfectly reasonable priced coffees if not what would usually be found on the high Street.

Great channel crossing ship. You can even sleep in bunk rooms while crossing over. Good food, reasonably priced, wonderful decor and great views, inside or outside. Sadly, the ship didn't have a pool lol.

First time at this little port. No queues, just drove straight in. Toilets were clean, but just a couple of vending machines for nourishment. Now let’s see what the crossing is like.

Excellent service before, during and after the Ferry trip, arrived early after the last boat left for the night, we was going to park up in the car park in our Motorhome, but it was full, I ask a member of staff where we could park, she said in front of the gate, don't worry she says, gate is not going to open until morning, ready for loading, so we were first in the queue, KFC just on the corner, it filled a gap before bed (took photo, wife was not please), had a great sleep, unfortunately we were still asleep when staff were knocking on the door, it was 5am loading, not 6am, there were some drivers behind us wordering why they were not moving, a quick rush to get my pants on to drive though customs, and we were on our way, anyway still had to queue before loading, I was surprised how quick the journey seemed, had a nice fried breakfast with coffee, then exit was nice and easy at the France port of Dieppe, the were very nice and always had a smile, it is the first time we have used this service, mostly used the Tunnel, but the cost is way too much now, especially for pensioners
