Avoid it if possible between 0500-0600 and 1600-1800 its a nightmare as there's not enough lanes open... sometimes 40 mins to get on and off

Great port very busy as there are several boats there and many trucks trying to find them. Follow motorway then A160 signposted Dock. Pass truckstop on your left. Head down dual carriage way to round about head for west gate. Go to security ask for Riverside terminal they will put you right. Good lads helpful and friendly. Proceed to Dock and book in automated system. Yet there are people in the booths who will help you. Make sure you you catch the right boat if you are crossing. One goes to Holland the other Esbjerg slight difference ha ha. Good Dock efficient and well run.
