Excellent service from Thornhill to Leeds. Driver arrived at pick up 10 minutes early so I had no worries about being late for hospital appointment. The car was very clean and well looked after. When I phoned the firm again to pick up at Leeds hospital I was told the car would be there in about 30 minutes however with it being school run time there was a few minutes delay but I was informed about this via text from the owner of the firm. I had the same driver who dropped off at the hospital.The driver was very friendly and apologised for the delay, the journey both ways was a pleasant and steady journey. I very rarely use taxis but I will definitely use this firm every time I need a taxi highly recommended and definitely worth five stars.

My first ever review as my experience from start to the end was an exceptional experience. I was nervous about the taxi being on time as we had a flight to catch, the operator on the phone reassured me and the driver was prompt. The driver (Naseem) was friendly, welcoming and professional. He was also helpful with our luggage. I booked them for the return journey as well and found them 100% reliable. It was easy and clear to communicate with them at all times. Had a taxi ordered, it didn't show up. Called them 5 times and eventually had to cancel and use alternate means. Was given almost every excuse available as to why the driver didn't turn up at the requested time. Got called nearly 30 minutes late - "I'm outside". Next time I will take the bus, it's not as nice as a car but at least they're more reliable than Dewsbury Cars.

I ordered the taxi for 6am, as my son had surgery that day, so I was worried that it may turn up late, as other taxis had. The taxi turned up on time, the car was clean and tidy and the driver was pleasant and polite. We got to the hospital in plenty of time.
I will definitely use Dewsbury Cars again and I recommend them to anyone wanting to book a taxi.

I strongly recommend Dewsbury Cars on their professional, helpful service. I ordered the taxi at very short notice one evening to collect a colleague at 6am the next day to catch a train, so was very relieved to receive text message confirmation from the driver that all had gone according to plan. Discussing service I ever since. Call the taxi to Morley and need to go somewhere else but they charge really high price if compare with different company taxi. I made the call the office, told a ladies which she said she is manager, shout at me because I didn't clear to say I need to go somewhere else as well, didn't listen to what I am trying to say about the price the driver charge me. Just shout at me. Wow the most upset experience in the morning for me. Don't use that taxi please! They don't even respect customer at all. Be careful with them, they don't tell you the price and finally charge you so high. Go the same destination, the same place everyday for 3 weeks because of work, normally other charge 23-25£ . This driver not showing the meter, he went the longer way which I never go before not by tomtom and he said that is shorter, so finally he charge 28£. Keep this kind of driver you will lost lot customer.

Excellent service, well kept and comfortable cars - very friendly drivers and good prices.....ive been using this company for the past 7 weeks twice a day going to and from the train station among other places - never been let down, never been over charged, never had any attitude or rudeness.

Ordered a taxi and told 20 to 30 mins. Never turned up no reply on phone. Why give a time and have you waiting if no intentions of picking you up. Shocking service penine taxis came to the rescue in 5 mins. Dewsbury cars are now deleted from my contacts
