Highly recommended! I would give more than a five-star rating if possible. I booked a flight for my Mother from Nepal to UK, and they not only assisted in managing the flight ticket but also helped connect us with fellow Nepali travellers who accompanied my mother on the journey. This made her travel much more convenient, as she does not speak English. My heartfelt thanks to the kind brother who assisted my mother throughout the flight, as well as to Deurali Travels and the polite lady I spoke with on the phone, who made the booking process much easier by finding a convenient flight time.

Worst travel agency❌❌❌❌ just wanna let u know all, they provide very bad customer service...they dont want us to ask anything, if u do they get angry and aggressive widout any reason and the lady will cut off the phone at the middle of the conversation...they just want money nothing else....the lady needs to learn some respect.
If u r reading this(rude lady) i would rate you -100 for your service❌❌❌👎👎👎

S. Gurng,needs to improve on her Customer service. She sounds very rude and aggressive and unwilling to help. She gets very annoyed and angry when questions are asked twice. As expatriate Nepalese, we choose our own Nepalese agency to get comfortable, especially people with language barrier to communicate in own native language to ease the experience. But when the service is so disappointing, it just puts you off. Not just me but my friends and family has also experience this same issue with this agency. Please take this feedback as a constructive criticism and try to improve on this area closely.

Disappointed with the service. I asked her for ticket for April flying to nepal. She mentioned £930. It’s was too much. I bought it online rather buying from them £798. Be careful. Always compare with online.

Very bad customer service esp the woman named K*A. They are opportunist and will rip you off. If you need refund due to any unexpected circumstances, they will try to ignore you and ask you to contact the airlines directly and make your life miserable. If this was the case why would I hire an agent? Do not go there they are full of scams!
