I've been trusting John and his team for several years now, to advise me on travel requests and bookings. I've always received excellent service, whether visiting in person or making enquiries by phone and found John and staff will always get back to me with information, even if it's something small like checking a preferred option like a chosen hotel has a room available with a bath or a tea tray! This was one of my ' essentials for our Sorrento holiday last October, and an upcoming five night break to Paris in September This week, I asked John to customise a Paris short break, specifying the area I wanted, and a couple of details such as flights not too early or late, using Air France. Within a day, John and Fern sent details of a 'package' with a couple of options, that I was more than happy with, so I now have confirmation for the trip booked. I have a great deal of confidence in Destinations by John for the friendly professional service I have experienced on every contact. I recommend them highly and John and his colleagues will continue to be my first point of contact for future travel advice and plans.
