I was at a loss end and desperately trying to find flight’s and hotels for my son and myself to Berlin.
Destination Direct Travel was mentioned in conversation.
One text to a young man called Vinnie and by the end of the evening flights and hotel was booked.
Fantastic service / experience from the first moment to the text of once we arrived back home.
I am sorry to say, but Vinnie or the company has not heard the last of me, because these are the people / company I wish to book my travel with.

Vinnie was an amazing holiday planner. Attentive from start to finish. Made sure he was clear upon introduction what kind of holiday we wanted and boy did he deliver! Took the stress out of booking on holiday- the holiday actually started the day I booked with him!

This was a last minute booking so availability was limited but Vincent found us a hotel 5 minutes from where we needed to be.
He continually kept us informed of the choices we had, answered numerous questions and sent us everything we needed as soon as we had decided. He organised a gluten free breakfast and was still available for questions once we had arrived. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just returned from a fab time in Spain with the hotel booked by Destination Direct Travel. I booked later than the others and was pleased on arrival to see DDT had liaised with the hotel to ensure my room was on the same floor as my family which is something I didn't even think of! Fab service and always so quick in responding with quotes and alternative options to suit budget. Much nicer to have the personal approach 🙂

We have booked several trips with Vinnie now, weekend breaks, city breaks, holidays abroad and now even our wedding abroad!
