We booked a 3 stay trip to the USA with Heidi, going to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. From the start she offered suggestions and gave multiple options for flights, hotels and excursions for us to pick our perfect trip.

All the hotels we stayed in were brilliant, especially the Garland in Los Angeles. Everything Heidi booked for us went so smoothly, it was reassuring to have such a professional managing our holiday for us. I highly recommend anyone to use Heidi for future holiday bookings.

Heidi took the stress out of booking and planning our honeymoon. We had no clue what we wanted or even where we wanted to go... just an idea of something Caribbean!

Heidi went off and explored our options and presented some wonderful packages back to us (honestly spoilt for choice!) All we had to do was pick and pay!

She handled changes to flights and kept us up to date on all of these via email and texts.

Upon arrival Heidi had contacted the hotel to notify them it was our honeymoon and we were surprised with Champagne and rose petals on arrival. She checked in with us as we arrived via text to make sure everything was okay and again as we arrived back home to make sure we had enjoyed our stay.

We're now exploring next years holiday and will definitely book through Heidi again.

We have just come back from a fabulous week spent cooking in Tuscany at the La Mezzaluna that Heidi found for us.
We started our holiday by flying to Pisa & Heidi booked us a Hotel that was right opposite the train station, so we were able to get the train into Florence for the day which was fab.
We then went back to the airport where we were picked up by a private taxi to take us to La Mezzaluna. We were greeted by the fabulous host Rita from Scotland who was the best hostess.
There were also 3 other guests staying all travelling by themselves but we all got along really well and had such a laugh.
The food & the wine flowed day & night & Rita took us to some fabulous places, Barga, Luca, Pisa as well as learning to cook, Gnocci, pasta, pizza, risotto, biscotti, tiramisu in the afternoons.
Rita was the best host, we started the day each morning with a lovely breakfast before heading off sightseeing, then coming back to cook, & sit down to eat our lovely food. We also had wine tasting at the table as we thought it was included but it isn’t on the 4 day experience, so Rita brought the wine to us
I would highly recommend this type of holiday if you like cooking, & also recommend booking through Heidi as I wouldn’t have found this without her

We have just returned from a lovely week in Cyprus. Heidi got us the best rooms, my sister and I travelled with our parents and we had rooms opposite each other which was great. On arrival we had a bottle of fizz and fruit awaiting us from Heidi which was lovely.
Heidi took all the stress out of booking and the tip to book a fast pass at Manchester was a godsend.
Even while we where away Heidi still helped with assistance at Manchester airport.
Will definitely book all future trips with Heidi.

travelling with little ones is stressful enough, but I found booking with Heidi so much easier, she arranged everything even down to the airport parking.

We found the hotel but Heidi managed to get it for a better price with a superior room.

Will definitely be using Heidi again.
