Denise was fantastic at making suggestions and finding suitable options for our needs. She gave guidance, advice, support and showed a great deal of patience in helping us choose our holiday. She then steered us through the process from beginning to end, responding swiftly to any queries, ensuring we had the utmost trust in her. Nothing was too much trouble. She also followed up with calls just prior to our holiday to check everything was in order and again after our return.
Denise was spot on in suggesting Ambassador - we had THE most wonderful time imaginable on our cruise on Ambition. The level of service and attention to detail was second to none and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The quality of our suite, the cleanliness on board, the food and entertainment was all first class and the excursions we chose were perfect for me and what I could manage in terms of standing and walking.
The weather gods smiled on us and the sea conditions were unbelievably perfect!

I cannot thank Denise enough for organising our family holiday!

We originally had a holiday booked but lots of things got altered and no one gave us a hand to sort it out. Our family booking was for 14 people so finding something quite last minute seemed nearly impossible but Denise managed to get us all booked in with ease! she organised our meet and greet parking at the airport, the boarding passes, the check in and out, flight seats, all the small things you don't think about and I personally find extremely stressful for so many people!

I cannot recommend Denise enough for booking your holiday. She catered to all of our needs, she was always there when we needed her for questions, and we most definitely had enough of them!
