Under no circumstances use the cowboys also know as Jetline cruises
We had our flight cancelled and they didn't want to know. We are now doing a charge back on our credit card.

This company is a fraud. DO NOT buy any holidays from them. I booked a holiday with them for the 06/08/23-08/08/23 to Cinque Terre, Italy. Was initially £378 but because I wanted to make the most of the trip asked for an earlier flight and so had to pay an additional £190. Flights were with Ryanair. I could not complete the verification form with Ryanair and was reassured that Ryanair would not charge me the £55 per person check-in fee, by Jetline holiday group. However when I got to the airport I was advised by Ryanair that Jetline Holiday Group who also operate as Deluxe Breaks are not authorised to sell their tickets. I did not go on my holiday because by this time it would have totaled £568 plus the additional £110 (£55 x2)= £678 to leave and most likely another £110 to return, as it was 2 people travelling for 2 night stay which is ridiculous. They have refused to give me a refund despite all evidence provided to show issues I had stating it is a supplier issue (Ryanair)I can only conclude this is their M.O., they upsell you on what you think is a bargain deal and because they are not authorised to sell Ryanair flight tickets you are then forced to pay the additional check-in fee. They need to be shut down

This company also uses the name Jetline holidays. They are a complete nightmare to deal with, we had a short break cancelled by the airline because of bad weather, the airline gave us a full refund but this company gave us a credit note with a time limit on, every time we saw something on their website to book we had to call them to use our credit note & they were adding up to £400 on top saying that was the live price. They are crooks stay well clear of them, it's a shame that Travel Zoo use them. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

This company is a scam and should be ashamed, what's more wowcher use this company, they should be disgusted and remove them. Booked a holiday through wowcher, have to call the company deluxe to book. This company couldn't get our names/number correct and would not honour the holiday. Please do not use wowcher for a holiday abroad, wowcher does not inform you if the company before hand.
