Good afternoon

I like to leave some feedback for Sarah who took us to Gatwick on 10th June / picked us up the 17th June for 8 people , hands down to best driver very enjoyable journey chatting to all of us there and back , picked us up on time always kept in contact with each other , I will recommend your travel to friends and family I will use you again good price for airport runs .

Excellent service. Sarah arrived in good time, she is a very confident driver and amiable person, engaging in conversation with all of us. She dropped us right outside the theatre and was there waiting for us when we came out. A lovely hassle free day.
We will certainly use De Vere travel again.

Sarah was our taxi driver to and from Bury st Edmunds, there were 8 of us. Hands down the best taxi driver we have ever had! Great chats there and back and so accommodating. Thank you.

Great service would definitely recommend to anyone. Sarah was our driver and she was fantastic, arrived on time, and was at the airport arrivals before we came through to meet us. Conversation was great spoke to everyone including the kids. Will be using them again for sure.

I don’t like making bad reviews but this company shocking.
The school I went to used this company to transport all the kids home.
I lived l about an hour away from the school yet with this taxi company it would take some times over 3 hours to get home !!!
Reason being they squeezed as many people into the back of a van possible instead of everyone having their own car or putting 2-3 at max people in one car they squeezed about 6-7 people in at a time to save money.
There was generally times I didn’t get home until past 6:30 pm after finishing at 3:00 pm also the taxi company was late half the time witch also didn’t help.
The company was contacted many many many times to resolve this issue witch they did the odd time sort it out and then about a week later started doing it again. I had to use this company for over a year and I couldn’t have been more glad to never have to travel with that company again.
Taxi drivers where generally pretty nice so got nothing bad to say on their part.
Would not recommend this company to anyone !

We booked taxis over a month ago to & from a local B&B to a wedding at Headingham castle. We travelled 4 hours from our home in York for the wedding. On the afternoon, we called De Vere to confirm the booking and ask what the price would be, they confirmed and gave us the price.

Come 6:40pm, there was no sign of our car, we called at 6:50pm and were told by a different lady that there was no record of our booking and no cars available to take us there or back. The lady was dismissive and repeatedly denied that we had spoken to anyone there earlier that day.

With no other local taxi firms able to take us to the wedding at such short notice, we had to drive.

To say we were disappointed by this abhorrent, unreliable service would be an understatement. I would not recommend them.
