Poor customer service, jumped up little salesman rep giving it the big one saying how many vans they have out on order. Refused any kind of van hire, I have a high Credit score of 900+ which is irrelevant to hire a vehicle. No help whatsoever from the sales department. Complete waste of time.

Fantastic customer service - Manager Pinda Singh literally went above and beyond to not only beat the price by miles, but got me a beautiful brand new car to travel in! Amazing hospitality and I could see how well they all worked as a team to ensure I left their branch happy. I'll be coming straight to Days Rental from now on.

Initially contacted this place in order to obtain a company account, the staff there were helpful and were keen to process my request. I explained that I would need van hire for my company and we went through all the paperwork and checks to get this processed and was told that it would be fine. I was then contacted the following day saying that my request had been rejected as Days Rental's doesn't offer insurance for my field of work (Events industry)! They then proceeded to say that they ask every hirer their occupation before they are allowed to hire a vehicle (including everyday customers). I then asked if I could then just hire as a normal customer and they said because of my line of work, they refused to hire to me and basically blacklisted me from hiring from them ever again! I said even if I wanted to hire van to move house or clear out my garage, are you not letting me hire from you? Their response was, we have your name down on file and we can't rent to you. Firstly, as a business model I find this ridiculous! I came to this company offering them regular hire rentals and it almost seems as though they wanted to see how much business I would give them before turning me down. Also for them to check your occupation before hiring a vehicle is something I have never heard of before from a car/van rental company! If you intend to hire from this company, be warned as they reject customers based on your occupation! It was a shame as they had a decent fleet of vehicle's but they have an absurd company policy.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO ANDREW BELOW:

Yes I am a DJ but my company is also provides Event Services. On top of that, what if the customer has two occupation's like I do? What if the customer wants to use a car for personal use? Also they hold your details on file if you have been rejected, isn't this a breach of GDPR?

I did attempt to gain my own insurance, but due to your company not being able to give me a regular registration number for each hire of a vehicle, this was not possible.

Cassic bait & switch tactics. They denied having any knowledge of the booking (we have email confirmations) and then tried to upsell to another vehichle that was more expensive than similar models at other rental places. You have been warned.

We use these guys for our fleet vehicles, courteous staff always friendly, pretty much have the vehicles we always want if not they can get them, nothing is a problem for them

Do not use this rental company if booking through Free2Move. I turned up and they had no record of my rental.
