We have just booked our 4th cruise with Vikki, previously with Laura too, and with all bookings we've been given an excellent service, always going the 'extra mile' to get the best package for us, making the whole booking process totally stress free. The advice given has been brilliant regarding drinks packages, cabin locations and speciality dining bookings. We will continue to book through both Vikki and Laura, who are both a credit to Dawson and Sanderson.

Another fantastic experience with Dawson and Sanderson. Laura is first class and looks after all of our travel arrangements. We've used D&S for a good few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Laura looks after everything for us and lets us know when everything is ready or needs to be paid etc. Their money bureau gives really good rates and a VIP rate if you have an active booking too. All round excellent service. Can't recommend them enough.

Myself and partner just popped in to The Washington branch yesterday, 5th May 2024.

We had little idea of where we really wanted to book for our summer break this year. The customer service assistant Laura Donald was simply brilliant. Knowledge and enthusiasm were commendable and exactly what going to a travel agent is all about.
She helped narrow down to a handful of options with ease and efficiency.
Followed up promptly with quotes emails and even further suggestions early the next day.

Our 3 week stay in Crete all organised without a hitch or delay.

Absolutely brilliant service, Laura is a star ⭐️, sorts everything out for you, gives you brilliant options to choose from if your not sure on which hotel to pick or area to go. It was actually a better deal to book through D&S than to book everything separately myself. Can’t recommend this company and the lovely Laura enough.
