Me & my husband went into South shields shop late yesterday afternoon 4/12 were served by a woman called Nadine I'm a wheelchair user & we have used this company many times before
This woman was very unprofessinal& disappointed she couldn't have been more unhelpful if she tried couldn't even be bothered to get up to look for holidays in window which had surprise surprise gone we found the whole experience terrible I'm a wheelchair user and expect better obviously not interested in disabled people utter disgrace as we take 5 holidays a year dawson & sanderson loss I've a good mind to report them to disability people

Great knowledge of destinations, staff are fantastic and can answer every question you may have. Also very pleasant and ask you how you enjoyed the previous holiday. Will always use these for holidays and currency exchange.

Absolute disgrace at receiving a phone call at 1701 on a Saturday when iam driving a coach not allowed to answer. Ask to cancel a May holiday to the following year but every time is in a hurry and no patience with this company all they live around is £50 amend fees . To the day I die I let everyone no how much of a money grabbing disgrace you are .
