I would like to warn all holiday makers using this company, I slipped in shower and received eight staples in a very nasty cut whilst staying in the playamar apartments.there were no signs of any kind of ⚠️ f slip/fall risks anywhere in that apartment Dawson and Sanderson and jet two believed the manager who said there were signs.calling myself and two travelling companions liars.incidently if there were signs why were they sending pensioners into apartments with a slip/fall risk.be curious to know if anyone else has had same experience as me and fobbed off with the old we were rule compliant.so were the water companies but they still poisoned half our rivers.will not be using this company againmorally dishonest and hand in hand with jet two

Great staff at the branch however socialising must be a priority as I was promised a call back to pay off a trip (due to the online payment system not working) which wasn’t fulfilled. I headed to the branch to find my self being the only customer in there, overall the business needs to review the payment system and customer care needs discussed internally.

Dawson & Sanderson arranged a fantastic 3 week holiday touring Thailand. The hotels were first class and the tour to the River Kwai was second to none. it was one of the many highlights to our holiday. When we made the mistake of missing our flight (totally our fault) Dawn at the Gosforth branch was unbelievably supportive. She rang us exactly when she said she would, (7 hour time difference) she arranged alternative flights, & faxed the paper work to our hotel to allow us to return to the UK safety. We can not praise the whole of the Gosforth Branch enough. I would highly recommend using them for long-haul holidays & for planning holidays when you are unsure of the places to visit. Simply brilliant

I've used Dawson and Sanderson for many years now and would recommend them without reservation - especially their Gosforth branch. We visited them with clearly defined criteria for our next holiday; top notch accommodation in a specific location & on a restricted budget. I didn't really expect them to fulfil my expectations so well, but came away delighted with my booking, which Wendy fulfilled brilliantly. Absolutely first class customer service & fantastic value deal!!

I'd like to update from my previous review above. Thankfully nothing much has changed.
I maintain this is a fabulously well run business with an extraordinarily well trained and superbly helpful staff!

We have just returned from Lanzarote which was booked during the summer. I have to say I was apprehensive about booking at all, but travel consultant Claire put us at ease. We booked with Jet2 (who I also rate as excellent) and assured on every particular concern we had. Claire even rang us on the last day of Jet2's promise of an admin fee free change of holiday destination brought on by covid. What service!

Claire took the hassle of pcr tests, passenger locator forms etc out of our hands. Everything was made so stress free. Unfortunately whilst we were away the Covid goalposts moved again! Lateral Flow Tests - as arranged by her were now obsolete. The (rip off) PCR was back in business and whilst we were away all of this hassle was taken care of for return.

We're very grateful to all of the team at D&S. Megan and the other girls also assisted us at times and we're enormously grateful to them all for taking the stress out of a holiday during the pandemic.

I recommend this company without reservation, surely the best travel agent in Newcastle!!

Thank you for all your help while in Cyprus. TUI have been totally unresponsive to our calls, emails, TUI app and calls from our hotel reception - until Dawsons stepped in and i received a call within minutes. The last thing i needed on our last full day wa was to spend over 2 hrs trying to contact TUI. So thanks again to the girls at Dawsons gosforth. TUI hsve not heard the end of this. .
