Outstanding Travel Agents have booked with them so far for 5 holidays, which have been faultless. In particular Gemma Wheatley we feel has gone above and beyond organising our trips especially the rail ones to Europe and Canada which involved a lot of staying in different cities. She gave us lots of choices and advice on hotels and sightseeing. Our trips to Greece were also amazing and Gemma's knowledge of all the countries is incredible.
We wouldn't even think about trying to book anything online as Gemma is so reliable. We also never felt any pressure to book.

We booked a holiday in grease in a lovely hotel and they made a mistake when booking through Tu and we ended up in a hotel without a sink in the bathroom and less stars then we booked very small bedrooms and nowhere to put clothes or suitcases

Always go here to book my holidays. Yes it's busy but it does seem to always take me about an hour to sort everything out even when we know where and when we want to go. However always pleasant staff and always come away happy.

Great for booking holidays I booked for my son's 21st birthday and took him to Tenerife and I could not complain about anything the hotel was clean all the time the food was great so I've booked again for the same hotel for next year.

Appalling customer service, once they've sold you the holiday they are not interested in helping you. I phoned with a question regarding my up coming trip I was told someone would phone me back but never did.i will not
