Have been on several tours now and can’t fault the service I’ve received. They always go above and beyond to ensure your needs are catered for. Nothing is too much trouble. All the venues and hotels are of good quality. Would highly recommend the Potters tours as I couldn’t fault any of it. I've been on several trips with Dave and Julie. It's like going with family. Everyone is treated with such care and attention.
The Hotels are always really well chosen, with facilities for the less able/mobile of us. My first trip was to Skipton as a single passenger and I was nervous about going on my own. I needn't have worried, and had a fabulous day. A Scottish tour followed. Wow! What an experience! Dave is a very safe and skilled driver, whatever the roads and conditions throw at him, he's on it like a bonnet. Julie - what can I say about Julie - she's just lovely and so helpful and kind. Dave and Julie really run a community resource. People are able to get out and about and visit places that they may hesitate to go to, as they don't want to drive that far, they are living alone, they have limited mobility, they need to take a mobility scooter etc. The tours are all good value and we do things, like have afternoon tea, or a fish and chip supper, which you wouldn't do if you were on your own. People have made friends for life on these trips and Dave and Julie have done much to improve a lot of happy customers social life and reduced loneliness and depression. Thank you Dave and Julie for working your socks off to make your little business an essential social service.

I've travelled with Dave & Julie 4 times & have 2 more trips booked. They make everyone feel welcome & always go the extra mile. Definitely recommended for single travellers.😊. Dave is an expert driver who sometimes surprises with a more interesting comfort stop than motorway services. Julie is the perfect friendly hostess.😁.

Could not fault Julie and Dave. Fabulous trip to Potters Resort this weekend and will certainly be booking more trips in the future. Very professional, friendly and lovely clean coach. Enjoyed the information from Dave on the coach on different areas we passed through very interesting and I liked the super friendly on board service from Julie on the coach. Hostess with the mostest! I have been on two Scotland tours, and have others booked. The tour is made for you to enjoy, it’s personalised, friendly and very professional. Dave the driver makes you feel very safe, excellent driver, coupled with his knowledge of areas you are visiting makes the journey itself very enjoyable. Heard many people say that they have experienced other bus tours but none being as good. Julie looks after the passengers with her hostess skills, being able to make hot drinks for the passengers whilst moving whenever they are wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend these tours, and have done on many occasions.

Wonderful trip for Burns night in Peebles. Despite dreadful driving conditions, Dave got us there safely with Julie providing on board hostess service. Lovely hotel. Highly recommend you travel with them.

Well what can we say...Julie informed us our seat numbers, departure and arrival times. Julie worked her socks off, bag tickets and theatre seats all arranged and given to us in envelopes. Julie kept us all watered and snacked out. On our return the raffle was done, proceeds to their chosen charity. Even a seat number won a prize. Dave was giving us a historical trip the whole journey. We stopped at a lovely garden centre. Dave's knowledge of London far outweighed the hop on hop off bus. We covered most of London and information given was amazing. We watched the film of the lion king travelling home. Sorry for the long script but it was our first trip but not our last. Julie and Dave are both stars and could not do enough for us. Tu to you both x
