Dishonest - do not use these people.
They moved tenants into my property without my signature or approval so I effectively had squatters. They also gave them a three year contract which had not been discussed. The tenants immediately moved another family member in. When the tenants left the property in a shocking state I asked for the deposit back but Rachel withheld some of it and now doesn't answer my emails. Absolutely disgraceful. They used to be a good estate agent but now they're just crooks. Did not give them the keys to your house or you might also end up with squatters.
