Absolutely amazing service, prompt on time, and the driver even came back to bring my phone I left in the car. The lady in the office phoned me and assured me the phone will be returned and it was within the hour. Taxi was bang on time. The driver even asked me what radio channel I’d like on. Best to go with data cabs. Yellow cabs mehhhhh just don’t bother

Horrible service let me book a taxi for 5 people then rung me when it was meant to turn up to say they didnt have one available so me, my partner were stranded and had to find another one with a different company which was an hour wait would not recommend using them and i certainly wont be again!! Shocking!!

My mother had requested a cab this evening to the bus station.  I just wanted to say that the cab driver was really pleasant and helped us with our many bags, going so far as into the waiting area of the bus station.  I wanted to write to say that this gentleman is truly an asset to Data Cabs and his assistance was very appreciated.

Booked a taxi for 4 people plus suitcases to take us to Swansea station via the app when I phoned today to confirm was told that they wouldn’t have no cars available as they were all on school runs asked when I would have been told they said not until the time of pickup as they don’t check app bookings absolutely crazy way to run a business no wonder people are using uber and then taxi dims like this complain that they’re losing money!
