We had an outstanding debt, several months old, where the customer was just ignoring emails and calls. There was no contact at all, although we knew the company was still trading. We were at a loss as to how to resolve this, so called Darcey Quigley.
Within 2 hours, they had contacted the customer and received a promise to pay the next day. Next day, we not only received the payment of the account in full, but also additional funds to cover the fees and interest.

A fantastic service from start to finish!

We have had some experience of other companies providing the same service but found that they were very aggressive to deal with even for us as their customer and in reality took far longer to collect our outstanding funds than Darcy Quigley & Co.

The debtor we were pursuing was a solicitor who appeared to be attempting to liquidating or restructure their company to eradicate our debt (and who knows how many others!) so speed was key and Darcey Quigley delivered, collecting the five figure sum we were owed within 3 working days from instruction which was in contrast to the weeks we had spent chasing the debtor ourselves.

We are already discussing further instructions and have no reason or need to look elsewhere . Cannot recommend highly enough!
