My wife and I joined the club two years ago, having done one or two try dives abroad when we were children. Now, two years, 120 dives and one instructor qualification later we're still having a great time.

The club meet at 8pm on Thursdays at Hemel Hempstead Cricket Club to review recent dives and plan future trips. We have pool time booked across the road 9-10pm for leisure simming and training. Weekly trips organised throughout the year. 20+ instructors ranging from Assistant Diving instructor to National Instructor. Plenty of kit for hire (free for trainees!), a recently retubed 5.5m rhib and a compressor capable of blending nitrox and trimix.

I joined the club as a snorkel member. Now, due to the patience and expertise of the instructors and encouragement from the members, I am a fully qualified scuba diver. I have dived many times in the UK from the club boat. I have even dived abroad.

An active, friendly and very welcoming club offering a variety of dives and training. Have only been a member a few months but it's been great to advance my skills and looking forward to many more exciting UK dives. Pool sessions on Tuesday to practice as well are very useful for testing gear / techniques etc.

DSAC is a genuinely friendly club with members currently ranging in age from 13 to 70+, with every grade of diving represented. There are plenty of enthusiastic instructors to provide super safe training, from absolute beginners to rebreathers. Qualified divers are also made welcome.

Very friendly, well run and organised dive club with a wealth of experienced instructors and members. Excellent clubhouse, pool and training facilities. They also have their own compressor station for air, nitrox & trimix. They run a packed calendar of dive trips and holidays, both in the UK and internationally.
