It was the first time that I’d used Dack hire and the experience was nothing short of perfection.

Super simple booking process, hassle free collection even after another customer was back late and an easy return.

I rented a Luton and a Boxer from Leigh and Joe at Dack for moving our 3 bed house across the other side of Lincoln. Excellent and friendly service, they are truly a credit to the company. The vans we received were basically new as far as I could tell so they’re well looked after and reliable

Great. Huge "Large" van for a great price for the day. Nice to have air con and cruise control. All staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back the next time I need to shift stuff.

I submitted a request for hire online which was confirmed very quickly.

Picking up the van was a breeze, I was allowed to leave my car on site as long as I left keys in case of an emergency etc.

Leigh took care of the process, advised where to park and sorted out all the paperwork and payment which was good value. The van was new and in great condition and was perfect for the job I needed to do.

Dropping off the van was a quick process and Leigh again made sure that it was an easy drop off, checking the van over and the fuel, which had been topped back up.

I would certainly recommend using Dack Hire should you need to hire a van in Lincoln. A* Service! Thank you!

Really helpful staff and sorted out a van for me at short notice. Having booked online the van I chose wasnt available but Matt sorted an upgrade on size but honoured the online price. Van itself was really decent and well looked after.

Hired a van with tail lift to move home picked up no problem got a demo on how to use the lift. Brought the van back a check over by the friendly staff no issues all done. Great value , great staff and great service.

Very accommodating to my requests for a suitable van hire to a time that suited myself. Offered an upgrade to a larger van due to Dacks Hire requirements, I was more than happy to take up on the offer. In the end its was needed as the items picking up were larger than anticipated.

Good range of free miles and Van was of excellent age and quality. Good MPG if driven sensibly and the use of cruise control.

Dealing with the staff was effortless, good comms and simple paperwork to process. Made the various options very clear in regards insurance liability.

Would definitely recommend to hire a vehicle.
