We had a fantastic stay at Villa Flamingo. It is a lovely villa with everything you could ask for. The pool is gorgeous and has so many sunbeds and seating options with plenty of sun and shade too. The hot tub was fab too with that added bonus of a ping pong table for our boys. Great outdoor eating and cooking options too!

I would recommend having a car if you stay here. Everything is only a short drive away, but not so easily walkable.

The guest support team cannot do enough for you. Any query we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently and if we return to Cyprus we would definitely use them again.

We stayed at Villa Pearl Bay for 22 days during August, part of the time on our own, then Son, Daughter-in-law 3 grown up children and partner of eldest joined us for 10 days, villa was magnificent, our daughter, son in law and 14 and 6 year old grandson arrived part way through. The villa made an ideal base for the 12 of us, all having enough room. The area is di handy for Coraline Bay, Coral Bay strip, Paphos, Paphos Old Town and the harbour.
The cleanliness and care taken by Cyprus Villa Retreats was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Sorry to be leaving, but already booked 3 weeks for 2025, this being 4th time here since covid.
If you want to visit this beautiful country we highly recommend booking through Cyprus Villa Retreats. You won't be disappointed.

A wonderful villa located in a very convenient location with supermarkets and local shops/restaurants within walking distance. The pre arrival comms was great and very detailed and we found the villa exactly as described. All basic amenities and much more was provided. A lovely outdoor space with pool, a fully equipped kitchen, great entertainment with board games and a TV with movies on demand as well as spacious bedrooms overlooking the ocean made for a lovely relaxing holiday. The support from the Cypress Villa Retreat team was only an email away and an induction with one of their team
Allowed us to ask any questions we had on the first day. Thank you CVR. This was nothing short of a 5 star villa and service. Definitely would love to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Very best wishes.

Villa Sapphire is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. It was very clean on arrival with a lot of space for 2 family’s (including 6 children!) to relax and not be on top of each other. The games (snooker, table tennis and PlayStation) were a great extra to keep the children entertained as well as the hot tub and swimming pool. I’d definitely come back to Coral Bay and recommend booking with Cyprus Villa retreats- great communication before & during the holiday.

6 of us stayed here for my wife’s 50th birthday in June. A great place to stay the Villa has everything you need from towels to cutlery BBQ tools etc.The pool is great pretty big for a Villa we thought and kept nice and clean. The bedrooms are all en-suite and the beds were really comfy. A great location 10 mins from beach, 15 to main strip and we’re slow walkers. All this is backed up by a great support staff who pretty much do anything you ask nothing was too much Trouble to them. Overall we couldn’t be happier I highly recommend Villa Rio and would be surprised if you found somewhere better

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Linda. The villa has all the necessary equipment and enjoys an incredible view of the coral bay. The Cyprus Villa Retreats team are just fabulous and respond within 15 minutes, amazing! The assistants for the maintenance of the swimming pool and for the reception are attentive and very kind. The information they gave us was clear and helpful. My kids, my wife and I loved our experience. The village is 5 minutes by car, the supermarket 10 minutes, the beach 15 minutes and you can go jogging in the morning from the villa to Agios Georgios around 10 & 12 km, and depending on the way you take when you are down, be careful the return is more difficult because the climb is hard. We stayed 26 days in the villa and really, it was very short 😔😘

Stayed Villa Lara in Coral Bay from 10/6-25/6. Accommodated 10 people comfortably and was high quality accommodation, gaining admiring glances from passers by. People did stay in adjoining villa but this did not impact our enjoyment and despite other comments we saw pre-holiday, there was little unwelcome pedestrian traffic by the property. Very well appointed; much nearer the sea than we expected for lovely sunsets and an easy walk to classy hotel restaurant for meals, or to bus stop for €2 trip into Coral Bay strip. For those that want to get out of the sun for cheap beer and game of snooker, highly recommend Crazy Spoon snooker club just down road, owned by ex-pro and World 1/4 finalist Stefan. Cyprus Retreats as a company were faultless - we have been doing high end villa holidays for 12 years now and by far the best company we have used; first class holiday support both before, during and after and although security deposit was on the high side it was returned promptly after our stay - highly recommend villa and booking company

We stayed at Villa Imperial and what can I say what a fantastic villa so much so we extended our trip by an extra three days. The villa was very well laid out with mountains of space. We went as a family of four but would be plenty big enough for a couple of families to stay without being on top of each other. The grounds were big and well looked after, giving the kids plenty of space to run around and the pool was the perfect size with plenty of space for lots of people to sunbathe. The villa had of lots of things to do including a pizza oven, PS4, pool table, table tennis which was ideal to keep us entertained when we'd put the kids to bed.

The Villa was very well maintained, very clean. We arrived very late so it was a nice touch to see they had left some basics, including milk, water etc. to get through to the next morning.

The location was was ideal being nice and peaceful but the benefit of only a short drive to the local amenities and some great restaurants.... I would definitely suggest "Oniro's by the sea" which was a 5 minute taxi ride away. The villa had stunning views looking out onto the hills on the one side and out to sea the other.

I would recommend hiring a car as there is nothing within walking distance and would suggest exploring the local area getting the real feel of Cyprus and its friendly culture.

The team from the point of our inquiring right through to us departing were fantastic and very professional. The booking team were responsive and answered our questions at all times of day and night which was important as we booked last minute. We had a welcome meeting on the first day which sounds all very boring and dull as we just want to get on with our holiday but it was short, sweet and to the point giving us some good local knowledge which certainly paid off and a nice little touch bringing the kids some water shooters and a beach ball for the pool. Even the pool guy, garden and maintenance guys were all very friendly and respectful and didn't intrude. At every point the whole team made this a very personnel service and making this a real 5-star experience.

All in all I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of going and we will certainly be looking at returning.
