My husband and I booked onto the cycle tour to Healy’s cyder farm. Loz took us on a route that showed off the beautiful Cornwall countryside and he provided interesting information and history of Cornwall en route. The booking price included the ticket for a full tour of the farm which was excellent (and we skipped the queue!) and Loz treated us to some tasty Cornish ice cream on the route home. Loz and his wife were professional, friendly and knowledgeable- would highly recommend!

Today me and my husband went on the Healey's Cider farm cycle tour, it was incredible from start to finish, we were constantly reassured that the pace was set at our own leisure, the paths Loz our tour guide took us down were very scenic, and he was very informative of the history of each areas. We spent a couple of hours at Healey's, then when we were ready Loz took us to Callestick farm for a ice cream. We have been coming to Perranporth for years, and we have never experienced it by cycling, I fully recommend this tour to anyone concidering it.

Me and my partner hired bikes for the weekend for our time away in Cornwall. Loz was very helpful and we had already spoken prior to going away and had arranged for him to drop off the bike at the site we was staying witch I thought was brilliant and then we didn’t have to worry about either leaving the car somewhere or walking far to pick them up. Loz was brilliant a very kind and helpful and friendly man, gave us some cycling routs provided us with bike locks and helmets. Would highly recommend hiring from him and will definitely be hiring again when I’m down that way ! Thanks so much Loz you’re doing a great job keep it up !!

We had such a good experience with CCTC. Loz was very helpful and patient with getting the right bikes for our children. The bikes are well maintained and he had route suggestions for us. Loz even dropped off and collected the bikes from our place in Perranporth. We visited in winter and cycled the Saint's Trail to Goonhavern. This is peaceful and beautiful ride, which was intercepted by a coffee and milkshakes at the Bay Tree cafe, before turning back. In the winter it was wet and muddy, but this just added to the fun.
I will definitely call Loz again whenever we visit Perranporth so we can explore other routes. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to explore Cornwall on a bike.

I was looking for something to do in Perranporth on a dull day and came across CCTC. I hired a bike for a half day and rode the Saints trail which has recently had a lot of money spent on it, to make it family friendly. Loz was really friendly and made sure I had the right sized bike and knew where I was heading.
The trail is nearly 6 miles return through some lovely country side. We saw a deer drinking at the stream at one point.
We ended up at Goonhaven where there is a pump track that my son enjoyed whizzing around.
We then had a drink and lovely piece of cake at Goonhaven garden centre, before heading back.
The trail rises gently on the way out so is slightly more challenging than the super flat Camel Trail. This means that the ride back is downhill 😊. It's also much quieter than the Camel, which makes it less stressful with kids.
I'd definitely recommend hiring a bike from Custom Cycle Tours- the bikes are good and the owners are a wealth of local information.

What a fantastic service. So helpful and friendly! Our son enjoyed it so much he got a bit carried away and came off and they were so kind helping us clean him up when we got back. Would highly recommend to anyone
