if i could give this no stars i would, drivers extremely incompetent

Ordered the taxi to pick us up from Haven Seashore, the driver did not ask for our name, after waiting 10 minutes and still no sign of the driver, I called back to find out that the driver had picked up another passenger thinking that this was us!
When the driver eventually arrived, he took our luggage and closed the boot door on a gift which we realised when we reached our destination that this had damaged our gift!!
Definitely will not use this extremely unprofessional company again.

Excellent service provided. Required a taxi to transport elderly Carehome Residents to another care facility over 140 miles away. Vehicle supplied was roomy and comfortable . Driver was very professional and friendly putting residents at ease during what could have been a worrying and difficult journey for them. His care and consideration taken was really appreciated and both patients and myself , very grateful. Kept fully informed of journey progress and arrangements together with extremely good value for money, can not fault the service provided. Excellent.

Always a quick, friendly and helpful service. The staff in the office are fantastic, and if they know your routine enough, know exactly where you're going and where from before you've even asked), the text updates helpful, and the drivers all friendly, professional but willing to engage in a friendly chat, and happy to help wherever needed.

First used as an alternative choice for when the bigger companies were fully booked. Now my go-to. Every time.

Absolutely shocking company, rang last night as buses had been cancelled to where we were staying, there were 4 of us and a child, we were told 15 minutes but one should be along sooner, nothing came. Rang back and was told we would just have to wait, couldnt send one as didnt know where they were. Then cut us off. Rude and unprofessional. As holiday makers I would never ring this company again, if you have no customer service skills maybe you are in the wrong profession!!!

WOW! What an amazing Taxi company. They collected 7 of us from our remote Reedham campsite last night at 9pm, took us over to Great Yarmouth. Met us again exactly at midnight after our curry & drinks and dropped us back off at the campsite all for a very reasonable fee. BIG SHOUTOUTTTT to Pablo & his fantastic drivers for going the extra mile and having amazing communication along the way. Calls/texts when they were nearby & answering the phone near immediately was brilliant & much appreciated on a rainy, cold evening with very limited food options near our Ferry campsite.

When other companies wouldn't take bookings or guarantee to be where I needed them, Cummings did. Very friendly manners on the phone, arrived in good time and got me on time at my destination. They saved my life. Highly recommended. When I need a taxi will definitely use them again. 🙂
