So we have just completed our first coach holiday to the Black Forest in Alsace region of France and Germany visiting the Christmas Markets in Freiburg and Strasburg.

Slight lack of organisation at Dover and a couple of drivers got lost on our way from Bletchley to Waltham cross. Pick was originally 0610 but was changed to 0435 but our ferry wasn't leaving until 1230 so sat in Dover for 2 hours. Really didn't need to be that early and if we travel next time we'll make.our own way to Dover.

Coaches are acceptable but they really need more space and accessible hot drinks (need to take a leaf out of Legers coaches)

Hotel in Kork was excellent as was the service and food.

My big criticism is the 7 plus hour journey from Calais to Alsace for a 2 day stay is far too long and tiring and could be extended by a day and stay on the way. Also visiting the markets in the day time tales away the ambience of visiting these places because you miss all the lights and on Sunday we got dropped off in Strasburg at 1030 but nothing opened until 1130, why?

Driver was good although he did seem to want to get to places quickly.

Motts/crusader you definitely need to look into making this more manageable and less of a rush and definitely update your coaches.

Thankfully this was half empty had it of been full you'd be getting a different review.

We have just returned from a 3 night break to the Isle of Wight with Crusader Coach holiday's. Our coach driver Lawrence was excellent he was very good giving us lots of information during our journey and was very professional which made our break much more enjoyable. We have always liked travelling with Crusader and hope we will have the pleasure of travelling with him again.

We had a 5 day tour to Tenby in May. Our first Crusader holiday. The whole experience was smooth and friendly. The feeder coach arrived and took us to join our main coach. It was our driver, Keith, first tour with Crusader, he was polite, professional and friendly. The Clarence Hotel was more than we expected, realising it was a 2* hotel. Food was good and evening entertainment a bonus. We had two included excursions but decided to only do the Gwili Railway and Camarthen, well organised by Crusader. Will definitely travel with them again.

Great short break away to Bodelwyddan Castle with a comfortable coach & comfortable stops along the way. An included excursion to Llandudno was a lovely trip. However, this was marred by the coach leaving 15 minutes earlier than advised & leaving us behind despite us arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled leaving time. With presence of mind we contacted Crusader who resolved the problem & we were collected some 40 minutes later. The driver was very apologetic & said that he had done 2 headcounts but .........

We visited BADEN-BADNER Christmas Market in Germany (8/12/23 - 12/12/23), and travelled with Motts Crusaders. Great company to travel with. The service through out our trip was comfortable. They have safe, reliable and very friendly drivers, and keeps the passengers well informed. Comfortable Coaches to travel in. Would recommend Motts Crusader any day. They are a credit to the travel industry 👍

Crusader holidays are the most reliable and strait forward, all the drivers I have been on the trips with are very helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. How ever one of your drivers stick out from the rest, his name is GARETH, I am a nervous passenger, his driving made me feel so at ease, kept asking if I was ok, I would like to thank him so much for his kindness, he is such an asset to you, thank you GARETH and hope to be on your coach on another trip very soon. I was called the lady who is always smiling.
Kind Regards
Lisa Willcocks.

Very impressive.Great value.Usually good hotels. We use Crusader as they get us to places we would not normally get to. The only down side is some of the excursions are either too long or too short
