I rang Cruise.co.uk after receiving a promotional email outlining a holiday I was interested in. My initial details were recorded and a cruise specialist telephoned the following day to discuss the holiday in more detail.
Debbie ran through all the details and answered any queries I raised. They were happy to email the itinerary and all costs, and agreed to ring later once we had made a decision.
Since booking the holiday and paying a deposit, I have received a confirmation email and details of what happens next and when, plus a reassuring copy of the ATOL certificate.

Always helpful and professional. Booked nearly 20 cruises with them. last cruise booked with Betsy, who went above and beyond even booking our Southampton car park for us! Only niggle is the website and app, it sometimes can't find cruises I can see on other sites ?
