We had booked a holiday cottage through Croyde Holidays this August, and unfortunately due to the Coranavirus affecting our friends wedding plans, we tried to Change the booking for the same week the following year! We couldn’t get the dates we wanted, so asked for a refund on the booking, but we were refused, unless they resell the booking. We were set to lose £1000, between 3 families. It seems that they are more supportive of their owners, than they are of their customers. Lots of other travel companies are offering full refunds without delay. These companies are the ones we will all remember once this is all over!

We were due to go on holiday last month, but sadly it was cancelled due to the Corona Virus. Croyde Holidays were extremely quick to provide solutions to our situation and we were refunded within 3 days. Thank you for making this a stress-free experience for us.

Same ordeal as the other people that have lost money, through this charlatan, don't book with them! They let you book then highlight problems due to the covid 19 situation, take your money, re-let the property, total scammer! Hope you crash and burn, see you in the small claims court!
