We stayed for one night with our two children and everyone we met in the hotel could not of been friendlier or more accommodating. Our room was so spacious and the bathroom was beautiful, with lovely toiletries. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and smelt wonderful. We had dinner at the restaurant they made sure we had space for our double pram and had an area that was slightly quieter so our baby could sleep. Food and wine was delicious with a great kids menu all reasonably priced. We had breakfast included in our stay, again accommodating us all and a big selection of foods that was delicious. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

We stayed here with our toddler and were very happy with the staff, service and super cleanliness of our room which is really important to us. The bathroom was a good size in our room (no bath but the shower was large enough for me to get in and help wash our little one). The breakfast was good, however the coffee was the type that comes in a machine only and that was the only thing that slightly let it all down. Proper coffee would have been better. I’d happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean and tidy, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was of great quality with a nice variety to choose from. A special mention goes to Joana—she was extremely helpful and had a fantastic attitude throughout our stay. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I also our little dog stayed at this hotel last night, all I can say its amazing. Darcey on reception is such a helpful young lady I asked for extra teas and she was brilliant. So professional also her customer service was very good. The meal was of high standard. All staff spoke and also spoke to our dog. Christian who helped us with our breakfast meals was brilliant, thank you for all your help. The breakfast was cooked to high standards, everything there what you would you need for your breakfast. Everywhere was clean and fresh. We will be booking again in the next 2-3 weeks. Thank you all for the lovely experience we had at your lovely hotel and spa. We were a little disappointed that the pool was not open it would have been nice due to the warm weather but it did not spoil our break away Darcy I will bring you some rock from home .

Had a great stay at the crown plaza, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We didn't had a evening meal in the restaurant but we did have breakfast. And it was to die for, so much verity, from healthy options to the cooked breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but we are in the area again, I will definitely book again.

Amazing venue. Couldn't be more helpful. I thought I had lost one of my rings, and they offered to check the drains for me.
Price is amazing for the rooms we were supplied and the breakfast is so good.
Leanne on reception was a star, and so lovely. But to be honest all the staff were really accommodating, and so lovely, especially with the children. This wasn't just the staff in the restaurant, this included the multiple room service/cleaning staff we encountered.

We stayed at the hotel the night before an early flight at EMA. We were made to feel very welcome and had a delicious meal in the restaurant. The staff were brilliant with our two very energetic little boys. Special shout out to Karen and Darcie who went above and beyond when our eldest was unwell during the night. It has been very convenient and we would stay at the hotel again if flying from EMA.

We stayed the night at the hotel and dined in the restaurant. Food and staff were amazing, particularly Harry who greeted us, checked us in for dinner and ensured we were comfortable throughout the evening. However, the experience was soured somewhat when Harry’s boss (Gary?) came out and gave 2 of the staff an almighty, and seemingly pointless dressing down in the middle of the lounge in front of all the customers. Such a shame as everyone front of house, and the food, was fantastic but the appalling behaviour of the so called “manager” was absolutely reprehensible.
