We booked an airport taxi from Ashbourne to East Midlands Airport last Friday and were so impressed by the service, attitude and professionalism.

Booked an airport run to EMA with a collection from Wirksworth at 3:30 AM. Taxi turned up exactly on time. As did the return taxi. Both drivers were courteous and polite. What more do you want or need. Excellent service, would recommend them and will certainly use their services again.

Cross Dale Taxis took us to Trowell Services on the M1 (from Matlock) to pick up an onwards coach, then picked us up a week later to bring us home again. It all went exactly as arranged, and we'll very happily use them again. Great service ☺️

After calling several other companies who obviously didn't want the job, we called cross dales taxis. They quoted a very reasonable fare. The taxi turned up on time, driver was polite and helpful and the vehicle was clean and tidy. For the return journey, the driver had the foresight to call us and ask if we could be 10 mins early or 10 mins late, which suited us. We felt like we were getting a proper old fashioned service for our needs at a very reasonable price. Driver was a really nice chap. We'll done, great job. 👍
