My business uses Creigiau for the majority of our coach work. They provide a reliable service with friendly drivers and the team at the office are also always more than happy to help and accommodate my (many) needs - nothing is ever a problem for them.

Even in times where the weather has been terrible, including during Storm Bert this recent weekend, they've always gotten us and our customers from A to B safely.

It's also great to see the fleet being upgraded recently and the new coaches are wonderful!

Creigiau Travel have provided transport for a number of charity events that I have been involved with. The team in the office have been superb when organising often quite complex requirements. On the road the staff have always been happy to mix in and help us deliver a first class event. They have been very flexible. All our riders have been very appreciative and enjoyed the very high standard of vehicles provided. A comfortable seat after sometimes are a hard in the saddle has been well earned. Ride to the Somme featured on BBC Countryfile last November and we look forward to our 2017 Ride. Creigiau Travel are very much part of our team delivering this very emotional event.

Cregiau provided travel on our wedding day for our guests. After contacting a number of vendors, Cregiau provided the most competitive quote.

Comms with Tammy in advance were easy, and Cregiau were very accommodating of last minute timing changes as we got closer to the day! We really appreciated how the drivers liaised with the contacts we gave them in the wedding party, which showed all the information we had provided had been passed on to their drivers.

Everything ran on time. We were also super impressed with how the drivers negotiated some of Cardiff's less spacious roads to do our pick ups, particularly Gary in his coach!!

We used Creigiau Travel to shuttle some athletes from the airport to their residences and from there to the playing venue. They were brilliant. Every single one of the drivers we had (particularly, Lloyd, who went out of his way on a day our matches were running late to stick around for us) were excellent. They kept us up to date on pick up locations and times and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had the misfortune to be sandwiched between 2 of these coaches heading along Eastern Avenue towards UHW at 2 pm today.
The coach behind me tailgated me before pulling out to overtake, exceeding the 50 mph speed limit, to do so. My 2 disabled passengers were very frightened. In trying to calm them, I never got the coach registration in full - possibly SF16..... or SY16..... The coach that tailgated me pulled in front of the other coach , they exited at Gabalfa interchange.
Hopefully the coaches have dashcam. At the very least, the company will know who was driving that route

Creigiau could not have been more professional when I booked one of their coaches last weekend. One of the pick-up points was tricky to find on a map and Tammy spent a number of phone calls with me to establish the best place for the driver to meet us. I was so impressed with how friendly they were and how much effort they put into our whole trip. Could not recommend Creigiau Travel more.
