As a music fan of a certain age coming from Nashville
(70) who loves the history and excitement of punk, rock and roll, and R and B this tour was made for me.
Delores tailored our private walking tour to include her extensive commentary on history of Belfast’s music scene accompanied a playlist chosen to include a bits and pieces about a favorite artist Van Morrison.
She bought us to different important venues and recording studios including the Ohyeah music Centre and an old church called First Presbyterian Rosemary Street with perfect acoustics where all kinds of people perform.
Delores knows the music community and they know her. We enjoyed a pint at the city’s oldest pub , Kelly’s .
This will always be a special part of our wonderful trip.
