A big thanks to sandra barnes of Craig travel workington,booking with this lady has been a pleasure she is a absolute credit to your company, I have medical problems & bad anxiety, Sandra has called me a number of times to reassure me about everything I am worried about, what paperwork ect I have to take as I've asked her umpteen times ? this holiday has already been postponed due to my anxiety and illness but I can honestly say without Sandra's guidance through this holiday I wouldn't be going again she has been a absolute star,very polite,understanding, caring but most important professional , thanks again sandra you make this world a better place x

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I booked a family holiday with this company on recommendation never again they taken your money and wash there hands of you they due to travel August there staff advise you to cancel your holiday because they can’t answer your questions won’t refund you the Director offered me £180 off next year booking after admitting I was wrongly treat but yet won’t give refund back on card they will go bust soon god help elderly customers if that’s the way the treat younger generations my family are disgusted and won’t use them again oh yes and Louise is one rude horrible women laughing down the phone like this is some kind of joke charge back been done ✅ stay clear
