Booked Coxons to take my children to school and bring them home. Had a driver called Davis , always on time, polite and always friendly. Taxi office always let me know reg no, person name and make of car if he couldn't make it. Lady on phone always friendly and helpful. Ten stars.

We booked these for a mini bus from our hotel in Laceby to the races for 6 people we was told the minibus was in a crash and that they couldn’t take us we asked for 2 taxis instead but was told they was booked up we was then stuck in the hotel and missed the races what a shower of a pathetic taxi company would not recommend waste of space

Absolutely disgusting service from both driver and lady taking calls. Driver was called Ziad, drives a black Skoda cab number 22. Used this taxi company at the weekend, and went home devasted. Had a small dog with me, and they sent a "dog friendly driver." He was NOT dog friendly, or friendly at all. From the second he pulled up, he demanded I sit in the front seat. He was impatient about me even putting my bags into the back. During the actual journey, he did nothing but shout at me bc was dog was fidgeting (BTW, my dog is a brilliant little boy.) I was so relieved when I got home. Told my bf what happened, and he was furious. He has since spoken to the lady at Coxons, who was horrible to him! She called me a liar, was nasty towards my bf, even told us never to use their taxi service again - don't worry, we won't! She even went as far to say "good luck finding another company that'll take a dog!" I usually use Links Taxi, who are brilliant, but they had no dog courriers that night. We're so both appalled, that my bf is now taking it up with the council. This driver has had a number of complaints against him already. People be warned, if you have had a bad experience with this taxi firm, do not complain to the company go straight to the council as they'll only abuse you over the phone.

Depends who answers the phone really, it’s the only cab company me and my friends have used in Grimsby so far and despite a few drivers being off schedule the company does it’s job well. My issues are the people who answer the phone when you try to book, they’re are two main people one woman and a man. The woman is very lovely and helpful and I’ve had no problems with her whatsoever, the man on the other hand is quite rude and interrupts you a lot repeatedly tells you to calm down and just can be very patronising
