My experience was this company was not good. They made me call them three times to get a receipt for my journey. The staff on the phone was evaisive and I had to insist to get my receipt. The price was bit high (80 pounds from Shefford to Milton Keynes). The journey is paid before even the car shows up. The car was not in a great shape. They arrived within 20 minutes of ordering.

Fabulous!
We booked a taxi for 8 people for our Christmas celebrations at Redcoats Farmhouse. I booked online. Everything was super easy. Driver was friendly and chatty. We received updates to say the taxi was on route and again on arrival. Taxi arrival was spot on with our timings.

All in all fabulous service, great price, super friendly. I would definitely recommend!

I have given a 4 and not a 5 because of the price, I find that they are a little expensive, but I cannot fault the service. I have a few favourites, unfortunately I know most by sight and not name, however I do know one Hussain and he is very accommodating. Work on the cost and I will upgrade you to a 5.

Terrible service. I booked a return taxi 3 weeks before and given a quote. I was then contacted 15 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive on the day and told that the quote was wrong and it would in fact be £115 more expensive than originally quoted!! Why was this not identified sooner and why would you wait 15 minutes before picking us up to tell us this. We managed to get £20 knocked off due to the inconvenience but this is not good enough as we could have had more time to go with a cheaper company. Found the company very rude also, will not be using again, steer clear!

Cannot fault them, drivers know I'm a little slow with my health and they never complain always Willing to wait

The driver got me home during horrendous weather having waited ages as my plane was delayed. He also got me home quicker thasn the GPS said as he was able to use his knowledge of side roads. Very happy with service and price

Have taken two return journeys with Maz. He took my cat and I to and from cattery in Shellington. Excellent service. Maz was on time for pickup both times. Will definitely use the service again.
