Well worth the money! Not only was this a fun way to see the Stroud area, but Ian has some great insights into the history of all the different spots he takes you on the tour. The e-bikes make this activity accessible for most fitness levels, which I appreciated as an asthmatic. Ian made sure I was never left behind in the group even though I was a bit slow at times, he always stayed back to make sure I was ok. We were also given some healthy snack bars made by his wife which were absolutely delicious and an experience by themselves. Can’t recommend this enough, if I come back to the area, I will definitely be going again. Perhaps consider padded pants if you aren’t used to riding a bike though.

My husband and I spent the most gorgeous day with Ian Hunter of Cotswoldetours. Ian has curated several different bike routes throughout the beautiful Cotswold country side and selected an excellent ride for us. We are not cyclists so this was outside our normal active routine. I'm not sure how Ian did it but it seamed like most of the ride was downhill 🙂 meaning we seldom had to engage the electric bike feature, although it did come in handy at times.
During the ride through sheep filled pastures, quaint historic villages, shady wooded trails and farm fields, Ian kept us entertained with tales, culture and facts about our surroundings. He was meticulous about our safety and comfort and was genuinely interested in ensuring that we enjoyed our experience. We took the time to stop at a pub for a frosty half pint near the end of our ride which was super refreshing. We enjoyed every aspect of this sun drenched day and hope someday to repeat it. Strongly recommend!!
