Truly a home away from home. Our family group of 9 hugely enjoyed our stay over bank holiday Easter weekend at Clearwater Villa. The villa is kitted out with all modcons and in a great condition. The welcome pack with bonus Easter eggs was very well received by all. My 5 year old twins especially loved their room and the numerous toys and books available. The estate is gorgeous with very well maintained facilities. We enjoyed swimming every day and the Balihoo restaurant was perfect for a family dinner. Suus and her colleague were very helpful and quick to respond over emails in the lead up to our stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Thank You to Suus & Amy for your efficiency. You answered our queries both by email and telephone quickly and effectively. The booking went smoothly. The welcome gifts and groceries were a lovely touch. We stayed for a week with family and friends at Sandpipers, overlooking Somerford Lagoon. The house suited us perfectly, was well equipped, comfortable and has a fabulous ever changing lake view. We enjoyed the pools, estate walks, cycling and especially living close to the wildlife. We made good use of the barbecue and had a really relaxing holiday. There were plenty of places to visit nearby, good pubs, all in all great location!

We spent a very happy week in Sorrell House on the Lower Mill Estate. The house itself was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was particularly well equipped which was a bonus. The view from the upper lounge over the Mere was very pretty. The facilities on the Lower Mill estate were also great. We particularly enjoyed a swim each day in the spa area and a dip in to outdoor eco pool which was very chilly indeed !

I booked this property to have a holiday with three generations of my family. The house was smart, warm and comfortable. It contained all we needed and more, to enjoy our time together. The hub and I claimed the master suite. The children loved the bunk beds! I loved sitting on our balcony overlooking a small lake. The only slight problem we had was in getting the correct address for a grocery delivery on our day of arrival but it was eventually sorted.
It was a very short walk from Beaverbrook to the restaurant and the activity hub. The younger generation used the indoor pool, hired bikes and tried out the catacanoes with delight. The play areas were useful for using up the children's energy. We had a family meal in the Balihoo Restaurant one night. It was all over too soon.
The main of the holiday was for us all to be together which doesn't happen very often as families grow and grow up. This aim was achieved very nicely, thank you Suus. It was also good to have personal and prompt aftercare when it was thought (mistakenly) that we had left something behind.

We have just returned from the most fabulous week with friends in Serenity. A wonderful home from home, with everything we could have wanted or needed to make this a super relaxing few days. The weather was incredible and the outdoor swimming in a gorgeous warm pool sublime.
Suus and Amy take customer service to a whole new level. We really appreciated your focus, right from our first contact, on making our stay amazing. You went above and beyond and we would like to say a huge thank you.

What an amazing property! Plenty of space inside and out, with a fully enclosed decking so adults could relax despite having three pre-schoolers with us! There were lots of toys for the children including a massive box of lego, and plenty of board games too. The swimming pool was bigger than expected and always warm. It was great to be able to book an hour slot for our family's private use each day. The 'Nines' outside area was safe for pedalling around and there was easy access for paddle boarding. Hired a canoe and it was so peaceful on somerset lagoon, and we saw a couple of herons.
We will be returning!

We stayed at Dunnock House for a week in July with the family (6 adults, 3 children and a dog) to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The house was lovely - very well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge (big enough for us all to do our own thing) and comfortable bedrooms. All very well maintained and clean. The park itself is brilliant, lots to do for everybody whatever the weather and abilities. We were very lucky in having the only really decent week of the summer.
